- This service is for sensor cleaning only. Any calibration booking will include this delivery service at the point of checkout.
- This service costs £49.99 . When entering a sensor clean to your basket you will be charged £9.75 delivery. This is on top of the £40.23 but bringing the total to £49.99
For those customers who have selected a sensor clean service and wish to use our courier service used with calibrations. We ship you an appropriate storm case, arrange collection once you have securely packed your camera. Once the sensor clean has been completed we ship your camera back in a storm case and arrange for the collection of the case to be returned to us. have their camera collected by courier please add this to your basket.
- Place order for service required in the Cameracal Shop . Please note you can select a convenient address to you, rather than your billing address.
- We will then contact you via email confirming approximate date and time of delivery of cases and padlock codes for case – this is generally next day during the week.
- Fedex will deliver a padlocked case and leave it with you to securely pack your equipment and lock. Bubble wrap is also included.
- Fedex collection from your chosen location / date.
- Peli cases are securely locked using numbered combo padlocks which are NEVER divulged to courier staff
- Full tracking facilities available on line / phone to track your equipment
- Cameral will confirm, by email and text, receipt of your equipment.
- Cameracal will contact you via email and text to confirm completion of the requested service and confirmation that your equipment is scheduled for despatched on a next day delivery.
- Upon receipt of your equipment, unlock the case using the same padlock code, unpack your equipment, lock and return the case to the waiting Fedex driver.
